Deutz engines along with IHC and Iveco equipment that require 10-micron fuel filtration use the WIX Filters Fuel Filter to control contamination from primary and auxiliary diesel tanks. Because these systems draw fuel under sustained load, the spin-on body of the WIX Filters 33373 filter uses a 1-12 threaded base to maintain secure engagement at the fuel head. That stable mounting supports the 5.434-inch canister, which houses 10-micron media designed to retain fine particulate before it reaches injection components. To protect that media during vibration and pressure fluctuations common in agricultural and off-road service, the heavy-gauge steel shell maintains structural rigidity.
