• Reinforcement Rib: Tubes feature a reinforcing rib to increase material strength.
• Flat Tube Wall Thickness: Flat tube wall thickness is no less than .55mm to maximize ability to withstand added pressure.
• Reinforced Aluminum Alloy: Header reinforced with aluminum bronze to increase strength by 50%.
• 7 Layer Packaging: Each charge air cooler is packaged in a heavy duty, 7 layer corrugated box to ensure best protection during transit.
• Header Plate Bond: We use a wider angle header plate bond to eliminate the risk of header cracking.
