• Header Plate Bond: We use a wider angle header plate bond to eliminate the risk of header cracking.
• Reinforced Aluminum Alloy: Header reinforced with aluminum bronze to increase strength by 50%.
• Reach charge air coolers are built to withstand the pressures of long hauls. From the product design to the package it is shipped in, every consideration is taken to ensure longevity and peak performance.
• Reinforcement Rib: Tubes feature a reinforcing rib to increase material strength.
• Deep Extrusion Header: Our deep extrusion header provides a stronger tube to header joint which is more resistant to the effects of vibration and thermal tube expansion.
• Flat Tube Wall Thickness: Flat tube wall thickness is no less than .55mm to maximize ability to withstand added pressure.
