The Kit Masters Engine Cooling Fan Clutch regulates radiator fan engagement within the engine cooling system. As engine temperatures rise, the clutch engages the fan to draw air through the radiator and remove excess heat. When temperatures drop, the clutch releases the fan so the engine does not lose power, turning the fan unnecessarily. This automatic engagement helps balance cooling airflow with engine efficiency during operation. Cooling assemblies using a GoldTop Series clutch with a 7.54 in. back pulley diameter and 2.56 in. fan pilot may incorporate the Kit Masters 99222.
