Meritor Steering King Pin Kit
The Meritor Steering King Pin Kit restores the structural pivot connection on Meritor MFS08-113B and MFS08-153B front axles. This Meritor R201604 (EasySteer series) features 1.499" diameter, 7.511" long hardened pins that utilize a double draw key system to lock the pin permanently into the axle boss. By replacing loose or "frozen" pins with this kit, you eliminate the micro-movement that causes steer-tire cupping and unpredictable "death wobble" at highway speeds. This kit includes high-durability composite bushings that require reaming to final size, ensuring a zero-tolerance fit that provides the smoothest possible steering rotation and maximum grease retention for vocational and over-the-road service.
