Phillips & Temro Threaded Immersion Heater

The Phillips & Temro Threaded Immersion Heater helps warm engine coolant before startup when cold temperatures make starting more difficult. Installed directly into a coolant port, it transfers electrical heat into the surrounding coolant when connected to an external power source. It gradually warms the coolant so heat spreads through nearby engine passages before the engine is started. This warming process reduces the temperature difference between engine components during cold-weather starts. When plugged into a power outlet, the Phillips & Temro 350-0032 supplies the heating source that warms coolant within the engine block.
