Allison Transmission Filter Kit

The Allison Transmission Filter Kit provides deep-pan filtration for Allison 3000 and 4000 series automatic transmissions. This suction-style filter mounts in the sump and draws fluid through a high-flow media designed to capture clutch material and metal debris produced during normal operation. Because the filter sits at the pickup point, proper sealing is critical, which is why the kit includes the required seals and gaskets for the pickup tube and pan interface. Correct seating of the pickup helps prevent air ingestion that can disrupt fluid supply to the pump. The Allison 29538489 filter is sized to support the fluid volume demands of heavy-duty transmissions used in vocational and on-highway service.
