Originally developed to meet off-highway performance requirements and I.C.C. safety regulations (I.C.C.-193.43) this valve is now being used as the basis for safety stopping systems for multiple unit combinations. The WM-101 has been refined and improved since its inception and now offers many exclusive new features including limited emergency application pressure to chambers. This reduces air consumption and eliminate high pressure strain on hoses, diaphragms, slack adjusters, shoes, and drums. It will not “dynamite” into an emergency applications as trailer braking effort is proportional to the drop of truck reserve pressure. Application is ultra-fast.
