Fleetguard Hydraulic Filter
Hydraulic servo valves require clean hydraulic fluid to maintain consistent response, which is why the Fleetguard Hydraulic Filter is built for fine filtration. StrataPore synthetic media cleans the fluid more efficiently than standard paper media as oil moves through the element. By removing fine debris and varnish-forming particles, the filter helps valves move smoothly instead of dragging or responding late. As fluid continues circulating, the reinforced spin-on housing supports the media while handling pressure changes common in hydrostatic transmissions and hydraulic return lines. That housing threads onto the hydraulic head using a 1 3/8-12 UNF connection, keeping the Fleetguard HF6553 filter seated as flow rates increase during operation. Hydraulic fluid stays clean as it moves through the circuit.
